    Tewfic El-Sawy specializes in documenting endangered cultures and traditional life ways of the world especially of Asia, Latin America and Africa. His images, articles and photo features were published in various magazines and also featured by some of the largest adventure travel companies in the United States and Great Britain and also were displayed in art collections worldwide. He is faculty of the Foundry Photojournalism Institute and the founder of 'The Travel Photographer' blog. Has authored numerous books recording his expeditions, which include Hau Dong: The Spirit Mediums of Vietnam, Chinese Opera of the Diaspora, Cambodia with Love, Quadrilingual. Sinophile, Darshan, and Soho Street Art.
